About Us

Radish Lab is an award-winning, interactive design agency focused on social impact projects, based in Brooklyn and Berlin. We believe that good design is simple and accessible, and that it should move you and the communities you want to inspire. We specialize in working with nonprofit advocacy, cultural, educational, and direct-service organizations, along with businesses focused on social impact. We are interested in working on creative challenges with people we genuinely like, who are passionate about what they do, and who care about making positive social and cultural change. Radish Lab offers a holistic suite of design, development, and strategy services to support all aspects of nonprofit communications work. Our projects include websites, infographics, interactive tools, data visualizations, mobile app designs, print collateral, editorial content, and all types of branding and design projects, large and small. We advise clients on best practices, RFPs, technologies, marketing, and SEO, and are active in the social impact community, offering support and workshops to non-profits and social businesses and speaking frequently on topics surrounding social change and design around the world.

Company History

Radish Lab was founded in Brooklyn in 2012, and we have grown into a team of thirteen across two continents. We’re a Certified B Corporation, which means we’re held accountable for meeting the highest standards of overall social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. We’re proud graduates of the IFP Made in New York storytellers incubator (2013) and Startup Germany’s Berlin residency (2016), both competitive programs to help firms become established players in global creative fields.
